Non-destructive examination is how we confirm that a weld or component is sound without cutting into it. It is core to who we are — our team has built its reputation on catching defects before they become failures across Louisiana and Oklahoma's process facilities.
We apply the right method for the material, the code, and the risk — from a quick visual check to full volumetric radiography or ultrasonics. Every examination is performed by qualified technicians and backed by clear, documented reports that hold up to owner and third-party review.

Examination methods
Visual Testing
Direct and remote visual inspection of welds, fit-up, and surface condition against acceptance criteria.
Liquid Penetrant
Dye penetrant to reveal surface-breaking defects on non-porous materials, including stainless.
Magnetic Particle
Surface and near-surface flaw detection on ferromagnetic materials and welds.
Radiography
Volumetric imaging that reveals internal weld defects — porosity, inclusions, and lack of fusion.
Ultrasonic
Ultrasonic testing for weld integrity and thickness — including corrosion and erosion monitoring.
Material Verification
Positive material identification and hardness testing to confirm alloy and condition.
